SEPTEMBER 1 MONTH CHALLENGE(for myself): NO ALCOHOL, COFFEE OR SOFT-DRINKS.
End of day 1.. I survived.. not that I ever had any doubt that I wouldn't. It's the first day, although, I saw a MOTHER energy drink, and instantly salivated and convinced myself I needed one.. Then had to re-convince myself that I actually DON'T need it to sew. We are sewing a crazy ALEXANDER MCQUEEN JACKET... so I thought ANYTHING that could help me... would help me..
